Revision Policy

Our goal is to provide high-quality service, and we will continue revising the design until you are completely satisfied. There will be no extra charges for adjustments to the original design, and your revised design will be ready within 48 hours.

Please note that any requests for changes after the website design is finalized will be considered a new order and may result in additional charges.

Refund Policy

Here is the refund policy for Beta Solution 360:

• Custom package clients are not eligible for refunds.
• Once revisions are requested, no refunds will be issued.
• If there is no communication for more than two weeks after the project begins, a refund will not be provided.
• Refunds will follow the company's policy guidelines.
• If you hire another company for the same project, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will only be processed if the creative brief includes all necessary information.
• Refunds will not be issued for complete design changes.
• Requests made outside the specified timeframe will not qualify for a refund.
• Refunds will not be given for reasons like business closures or name changes.
• Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind or have disagreements with business partners.
• If you are unhappy with a specific service in a package, you may be eligible for a refund for that service alone.
• No refunds will be given after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be processed after the website design is approved for development.
• A money-back guarantee is available only if the client completely rejects the initial designs. If further concepts or modifications are requested, a 33% deduction will apply for incurred costs.

Note: Beta Solution 360 reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract. Once a refund is processed, the client no longer has any rights to the designs, and they become the property of Beta Solution 360.
